My journey with 6WBMO

This is my second round with this program. I bought it was back in 2003 and lost a good chunk of weight (65lbs) . As I begin this page I am starting week 2 after losing 7lbs my first week...During Thanksgiving, no less!!!! So here I will begin my blog and document my progress, my temptations and my feelings.
I am a 35 yr old single mother of three girls 11, 9, and 1. I Have to take care of my health and lead by example. I would welcome new buddies and encouragement along the way!

Happy Thursday! Don't forget to post on the thread today when you finish your TNT (50 crunches 50 squats and 50 pushups). Remember they can be modified. I have to do wall pushups, stiback squats, and seated crunches!) Just make a post and put TNT with the little emoticon GOAL MET. That's what Sarah looks for when tallying up to send to the admins :)
