My Goals:
To create an appropriate calorie deficit each day.

That would mean about 1000-1300 calories after excersise removes some.

My Program:
Cheese is evil. Must. Resist. The. Cheese.

I quit eating meat in December - I don't miss it . (seriously)

Project Mayhem Teams' weekly Challenges ROCK!

Personal Information:
I started eating animal protein again & quit exerciing. SO, I started over in stage 2 to re-learn how to incorporate those foods into my diet and to get back into the habit of working out. I like working out but find it hard to get motivated in teh summe (opposite of normal, I know.)



Other Information:
I cannot engange in monkey chatter on the project mayhem team - I get drawn in and run out of time to work out.
