I want to be fit!

I'm a mom of 2 boys in Kansas. I teach preschool, help lead a small group in our church and teach scrapbooking. My sister is a personal trainer and I want to be fit like her! I want to be a role model for my family and be able to be active with my boys.

My Program:
Right now I am working to get 30+ minutes of exercise 5x/week. I am walking, doing DVDs, SparkPeople videos and elliptical trainer. I hope to start jogging again, with the goal of running a 5K again Mother's Day 2014.

You have no idea how moved I was by your note to me. We must talk sometime at greater length. I'm sorry for your loss too.I'm sorry for anybody who has ever walked this path. I keep trying to remind myself that I've already lived through my worst day the day he died. Somehow I will get through this. You are proof that it's possible. Thank you so much
