Hi! I'm Jennifer. I have been married to Bradley, my sweet hubby for 15 wonderful years. I am the proud Mom of Tucker, 11, Sawyer, 7, and Carter, 5. My Goals:
I would like to lose weight to feel great about my body. I hate to be lying on the beach feeling self-concious. I want to be able to wear a size 8 comfortably. I want to become more active to get my body toned and feeling healthy.
My Program:
I walk after school with friends and walk/jog on the weekends. I do some simple strength training excercises in the evening. I am trying to eat thoughtfully, not mindlessly. I pay attention to what I eat and keep track of my eating. I am focusing on lower calories and high fiber foods.
