Just me , myself and I, home grown in Washington State.
Grew up as a athletic girl,(any sport I could play I did), on a beach of the birthplace of Seattle. Out of us three kids, my brother and sister were the sidewalk babies and I was the barnyard baby. As soon as I graduated I moved to the country and thats where I have beenever since. Retired horse trainier turn Dairy Owner,( since retired now) I enjoy my outside job as being a school bus driver, which requires me to sit on my rear. I'm a Mom in Tow to two great kids who are very active and so now you know where the nick name came from. I have another job, my own Business, and that too requires me to sit on my rear. And of course there's all those High School games that I sit on my rear to watch.
SO thru the many years my rear has grown , not to mention a few other places as well. Never been one to care about myself, always trying to meet the needs of the family, but as time goes by I realize that I have made a mistake. And now 2011, I am making a concentrated effort to bring my life into prespective. I want to feel alive again and start to feel better about myself. I've gotten grouchy and I will honestly say alot more lackadasical. Hoping to find some freinds to connect with and be buddy's in the challenges ahead. Take Care and Be Kind to Yourself
To bring back the old me before years of wear and tear took their toll. I am wanting to lose at least 75 pounds if not more. Need to tone up and gain my strength and endurance back.
I'm following a Big Breakfast diet plan, which is helping. I use my home business products to assist me. My natural products include supplements and a protein drink and a routine inner cleanse. I drink lots of water, actually want too now, never like to before, I eat within the first 15 minutes of getting up and finish consuming my large breakfast by no later that 10am then lunch I eat again and when dinner rolls around I'm not hungry, but if I am I have to eat before 7pm or save my dinner and eat it for my breakfast. This first month there has been no exercising, I wanted to concentrate on changing my eating routine, now this month I will ease into a exercise routine and increase as I go. I have lost 10 pounds, 6 inches off waist, 4 off hips and inches off arms, knees, legs neck. So it's working so far.
