Losing it (hopefully)

I am healthy, but have slowly put on 20+ pounds in the last few years. I want to lose the excess weight and get back into shape! I joined here in 2008, but went back to my old ways... I am now ready to get serious and do this right!!

My Goals:
I am turning 40 this summerand I don't want to be fat and flabby in my new decade! I am hoping to lose 20 pounds by then and be able to run a 5K.
