When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.

Things I Have Learned on this Journey
Consistency is the key! Keep getting back on track!
If I am hungry and it is not time to eat: Drink Water and chew gum
Snack between meals.
Make sure I eat all meals and snacks.
Keep moving, even the smallest things help you keep you going in the right direction.
If I mess up, start again immediately, don't wait for the next day!

I am so grateful to all who have encouraged, supported and kicked me in the pants along the journey. My heart is full of Thanksgiving and Praise to the One who never gives up on us and sends angels to help us along the way.

Today is Turtle Day! Coming out of my shell to check on all my Spark friends and see how you are doing. I hope 2016 is off to a great start for you! I can't believe we already have 5 months of it almost completed. Let's make the rest of it !

How are you today? Are you getting out and about? Remember to balance out those carbs and proteins, so you will have enough energy to last through out the day.
Also, I don't want you to rely on the scale so much. Remember just because the numbers may not be moving, it doesn't necessarily mean you are not getting fit. Perhaps you are losing inches around your arms, thighs even in your hips and tummy.
It is important to take these measurements as well. I know when I was toning up. This is where I noticed the most difference at first. Because muscle weighs more than fat. But it looks so much better on us, because it's lean and firmer than fat.
So keep that chin up. Follow your plan and just look over the points I post, we all can use a review once in awhile. Keep up your journal so you can refer back to it, it is one of your most valuable tools.
