Good luck with your weight loss for your daughter's wedding, Deb. I am trying to lose about the same amount as you. It's a stressful time to try to lose weight but we can do it!

Thanks for the encouragement Deb! I've been pretty good at sparking (I did miss two days and went over on calories on two days, but other than that, pretty good!) Work has been pretty stressful this week. I hope you are having a great week with your exercise and nutrition tracking? See you on Sunday afternoon? emoticon
