Thanks for posting on CLTT team. Hope you can get some "girl talk" in here. There is just something different about sharing with your DH and with girlfriends. Although, I wouldn't want to do without either one! If there is any way that we can encourage and help you on your health journey, let us know. We are here to encourage and exchange ideas. I am sure you have some good ideas you could share as well. I am somewhat adventurous with food, but then again, have my hesitations with some foods. For instance, they eat a raw pork here that has been specially handled. They spread it on bread - YUK. My DH has tried it, but I think I will just stick to things that I consider "safe"!
