Good luck with your running goals...when I started on spark (many moons ago) I started with Run/ walking (more walking than running). With the motivation from sparkfriends I have been able to build up to a half marathon. I recently hurt my heel (stretch, stretch stretch those Achilles tendons) Remember we're all here for you! emoticon BTW...both my girls are in College right now for education emoticon
