Trying to maintain the (MUCH) thinner me
Have lost 120 lbs since Jan 2009. Most of the loss between Jan of 09 and May of 10. Been playing with the last 10 due to weightlifting and toning. I have been an RN for over 20 years and needed to get healthy before I could truly help others do the same.

My Goals:
Trying to maintain what I have lost and maybe lose just a little more. Weight Watchers is a wonderful way to lose weight and maintain it. A lifestyle change not a diet!
My Program:
I am a Lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I am in the gym or doing some kind of workout type activity 7 days a week ( I have to have active rest days). DOn't want to get out of gym habit and slide back into old habits.
Personal Information:
I love to read and cook. Am now a certified fitness trainer-loving it! I can honestly say to clients I have been where they are and can help them change too.
Other Information:
I am a RN and I couldn't very well tell a patient to lose weight to control blood pressure or other health issues if I didn't do the same.
