Believe and Achieve! "I can" and "I will" are so much stronger than "I can't" and "I won't." Hope always outlasts doubt. Negativity only has the power to hold you back - but positivity has the power to make things happen. Give it a chance to work it's magic!

Hah! They are kinda expensive so I'm better off not treating them as a food group, lol. But dang they are tasty and the cream keeps me full for a long time...but they are pretty high carb...and high calorie! So I'll work on my veggies better this weekend and start official on Sunday ;0)
