This is it ... the year I get this done ... I'm giving myself 12 months to hit my long term goal of entering the "HEALTHY BMI RANGE" ... Thats a total of 36 lbs or 3lbs per month .... completely realistic & doable ... now to just buckle down & get it done!! So that next year, at this time my goal will be to be in MAINTENANCE ... I think I owe it to myself to dedicate 1 year of time to meet some goals: ...

Oh, and PS
Amproske and I both have been talking about how avoiding or reducing carbs like bread, pasta etc seems to help us with our weight loss efforts. I've been making those lettuce wraps for lunch and yesterday I felt full but not bloated at all. I read somewhere that as women age our body handles those foods less well than when we were younger (not fair!) Any how...I tend to save mine for dinner if I can since prefer to have a "meal" meat, carb, veggie. But I seem to tolerate oatmeal for breakfast fine and may have to start doing that instead of the processed protein bars with a bunch of other junk in them that you can't even pronounce.
