March 30, 2014 ~~
My 2nd 6 week block was not as successful as my first 6 week block. March was basically a month of being sick and birthday celebrations ha ha I didn't lose any weight but I didn't gain any either. So...I'm going to call it a wash and get back at it now that March is over and done. Next 6 week block begins April 1! Same goals as last 6 week challenge. So I'll update May 13th,,with my awesome results :) going to make it happen!!

February 18, 2014~~
I've been needing to post my new goals & results. I'm a little behind but better late than never!! I've decided to set up 6 week blocks of minor goal setting. Working up to my major goal 6 months from now. My major goal is to be down 30 lbs by August and reap all the benefits of having more energy, feeling better & overall wellness!! I'm putting together a girls week at a beach house on the Oregon coast as a reward!! So excited!! To reach that goal, my first 6 weeks consisted of:
1) Losing 10lbs--( I lost 8lbs )
2) Average a 400 calorie deficit--( I averaged 435 calorie deficit )
3) Continue my 12 week 10K training--( I'm almost done w/week 6 )
4) strength train and cardio every other day-- ( only missed 5 days out of 6 weeks )

So overall I didn't do too bad :) The next 6 weeks are the same except I'm shooting for an average of 450 calorie deficit each day. And I changed up my work out plan. We've added a home gym so I'm excited about using my new equipment. I'll post my next 6 week results on March 27, 2014!!

I love your crocus background. I'm heading down to Helena again today for early doctor's appointments tomorrow and worried about the canyon...as I always am this time of the year. Check out my latest blog about forcing the crocus!!

I'm hoping to get in another quick break tomorrow afternoon at Canyon Ferry before I head back to Havre. Maybe spot more eagles!!

Hey there! I saw your comment on my feed. I went for a really long walk on Thursday. I wore tennies, but they weren't made for walking. We live on a steep paved road, and my foot took quite a beating. I didn't know it was hurt until Friday. It seems to be taking a long time to get better. With kids and a working husband, I'm having trouble staying off of it enough to keep it happy. Thanks for asking!
