Hey Girlie.. thanks for your note.. How are things with you ? I am back but not on Spark that much. Actually started 8 wks ago working with a dietician and joined a new gym and working with a trainer. I need to do this for me.. I am down 13.5 lbs in 8 wks..not sure how much for inches yet and down 3% body fat..this is HUGE for me...so have to keep on track.. water..trackign - on paper and weigh in etc...
So... girlie... back to you and YESSSS WE CAN DO IT !!
