    Thanks for the comment on my blog post... It's so true and can be so frustrating sometimes. I think it has to do with metabolism at the same time though. You need to adjust calories a bit each day in order to keep your metabolism up. The first time I was on SP (2 years ago w/ a 25-30lb weight loss) I gave myself date night to enjoy my dinner w/out stressing about calories. I wouldn't binge, but just enjoyed myself. I think that helped to keep my metabolism higher though instead of maintaining consistently around 1250 cals (or whatever). It also relieved some stress because I could satisfy any cravings then too! ;) Good luck with all your goals! (Sorry for this extremely long comment, but oh well! ;) )
