My Goals:
I want to lose 100 lbs by this time next year! I am determined and I have a wonderful support group!

My Program:
Eat healthymeals between 1200-1500 cal a day. Work out doing walking, swimming and boxing an hour each day

Welcome! I started about where you are on June 6, 07 and today I celbrate the lost of 5 lbs. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but remember slow and steady wins the race.
