~~Heres to a Super 2008~~
Hey, Im a busy mom to seven little people ranging in ages from17-6. Im here for some support and friends to help me reach my goals get back to my pre-hysterectomy weight of 125 pounds. I also have had 4 major surgeries on my left knee, Im trying to build that strength back that I had before, its been a long process. I was an avid runner before my injury. If anyone has advice PLEASE give it to me! I get frustrated way to easy. I set some realistic goals for myself at the beginning of 2008 and ...

If anyone has advice PLEASE give it to me! I get frustrated way to easy. I set some realistic goals for myself at the beginning of 2008 and so far Im sticking to them. One of them is giving up the caffeine...and is super hard for me because I love coffee!

My Goals:
My number on e goal is weight loss, I want to be back to 125. I hope to run in the local fun runs again in the near future!
My Program:
Im now running 3-5 miles a day, I started out at 2-4 when I started this program. I have started weight training, and using my ball. Im trying a few different cardio programs and just trying to figure out an overall program that works well with my knee.
Personal Information:
Im a MonDakota country gal, just living and loving life. I have many interests and stay busy all the time. I love my family and friends. I love being on the harley either drving or riding on back with my hubby!
Other Information:
In my spare time I enjoy a good book or movie or chillaxin with my kids and husband.
