Time to refresh and get back to maintaining!!

Hi, my name is Renee and I live in Ontario, Canada. I have 2 beautiful children; a 3 1/2 year old girl and a 6 months old boy. The highest I have known myself to weigh is 150 lbs and Spark came to my rescue. Spark helped me reach 130 lbs in 2009 just before getting pregnant, 123 lbs from 2010-2012 just before getting pregnant again, and recently from Jan-Feb it helped me shed the last 11 lbs of baby weight reaching my goal weight of 130 lbs!

But now I think I have a harder job of maintaining my success. I'm aiming to tone up and give myself some definition. I have a trip to Mexico in April, so that should give me enough time and incentive to be ready!

March 13 - The hardest part about maintaining is actually eating enough calories!!! I have barely worked out the last couple of days and my weight just keeps going down! I'm 126.2 now. I'm not going to just stuff my face if I'm not hungry so I need to figure something out.

My goals are:
-stick to my set calories
-drink 8+ glasses of water a day
-do at least 30+ minutes of cardio every other day
-do at least 10 minutes of strength training every other day

I want to be able to feel good about myself inside and out, no matter how much my husband says I look good.

Starting weight: 141 lbs
Target weight: 130 lbs
Goal weight met: Feb 25,2013

My Program:
- 1500-1800 Calories a day to help maintain
- Exercising to maintain and tone
- 8+ glasses of water a day



Personal Information:
I'm married to an amazing man, have a beautiful baby girl, a handsome little man and 2 great chihuahuas.
