My Goals:
I am a sahm in her late 40's who lost about 45 pounds at one time and have regained a lot of the weight back…but not all of it! My goals are to one day keep this weight off... forever.

My Program:
I am on Weight Watchers....have been going back and forth since July of 2010.

Personal Information:
I am a married sahm mom of two girls, one 19 and one 13. I am 49y/o and will be 50 in 2013. I live in central IL.
