i have been overweight since i was four. when i was 15 i lost 50 pounds and was a size 14. gained the weight back and dieted AGAIN. i was a size 14 AGAIN when i was 20 and had just left for college (culinary school) and had just met my husband. well 9 years passed, marriage etc and here i was heavy AGAIN. in 2011 i had just started dieting AGAIN (250 lbs) and i found out i was pregnant (which was awesome!). at the end of my pregnancy i was 287 lbs! i couldn''t believe it! so i started dieting ...

it may be slow but at least it keeps going down!

My Program:
i eat a lot of protein and try to make sure to exercise daily! i also use sparkpeople to track my calories which really helps! I am in the 2014 Spring 5% challenge, team DETERMINED DAISIES!!!
