My Goals:
I want to take my time and be more practical with losing weight this time. I want to eat healthier foods that are more nutritionally dense. I want to make exercise a part of my regular routine.

My Program:
I am tracking my food and not beating myself up too bad (and therefore causing me to give it all up) when I have a bad day. I am educating myself more about what foods are best and trying to incorporate a few new ones each week. I bought a pedometer and am tracking my steps per day. Once I am at 10k daily for a couple of months, I am going to try more rigorous exercise. I am dating someone who is fine with my body no matter what it looks like and who supports my weight loss goals because they are mine alone.
