The Fairy Bower

I gained quite a bit of weight while I was pregnant and, though I've lost quite a bit of it, it's been extremely difficult to lose. I keep losing some and gaining it right back. My son will be 2 in October and I just want to lose the weight and keep it off!!! I set my goal high but honestly I'd be happy to lose half that by October if I can keep it off! Then I'd be back to what I was before I was pregnant, which would be wonderful.

My Program:
Exercise 5 times a week using The Firm Transfirmer program. The DVDs may be dorky but the exercises make me feel like I'm actually doing something and making a difference every time I do it...and that's important. If it takes forever for me to see results I will quit.

Other Information:
I love to read children's/young adult books and am currently in the middle of reading "The Book of Lost Things" by John Connelly. I am also an aspiring author...whatever that means.
