Challenging myself and winning!

I've been trying to figure out what to write here for a while now, I'm not at the beginning of my healthy lifestyle adventure but I'm definetly not at the end...I don't think there will be an end since I'm in it for the rest of my life. I'm in the middle. But what do I say when I'm in the middle? There's so much that's happened, is happening and will happen, so what do I pinpoint to express where I am? I learn new things everyday, I have powerhouse days and I have exhausted days but no matter ...

I'm in the middle. But what do I say when I'm in the middle? There's so much that's happened, is happening and will happen, so what do I pinpoint to express where I am? I learn new things everyday, I have powerhouse days and I have exhausted days but no matter what's going on, Im very concious of what I'm doing weather I chose healthy food options or workout when I'm tired and that says something to me...that says that I'm on the right track. I've learned so much over the years and remembering where I was just 2 years ago, I see I'm making good choices and learning from my mistakes and being proud of what I've done. I happen to to have an amazing support, my 2 best friends keep me going daily and never let me fail and inspire me when I need it the most. I'm here to get sparked and to spark otheres because no one deserves to be alone and everyone deserves a chance to be sparked!
