Going, Going, GONE!

I'm a 32 year old SAHM. I have 4 boys - ages 9, 9, 5, and 2. I've just hit the 200 mark for the first time in my life and it's time to do something. I lost 40 pounds last year and have gained them all back. I'm tired of being fat.

My Goals:
I'd like to get down to 140 by my 12th wedding anniversary on August 3.

I want to decrease my body fat % to 21%. Right now it's like 32% or some such nonsense!

I want to feel comfortable in shorts and sleeveless shirts by the time it's warm enough to wear them!

My Program:
I'm sticking in my calorie range and working out 6 days per week. I've recently added some strength training as well.

I'm considering heavily going to WW points route to try to stop obsessing over every calorie.
