I'm mom2fab4 - and I am mom to the Fab 4! :) On March 27, 2012 I hit my maximum weight of 240 pounds and was diagnosed with NAFLD at the age of 40. With my health failing and my life in jeopardy, I've had a major wake-up call. And, let's face it, being fat sucks. As a former dancer and surfer, I know what it takes to be in good physical condition - it's time to get back to the basics!

My Goals:
Drink 8 cups of water each day. Make smart choices. Eat COLOR, as my nutritionist says. Zumba my butt off, literally. Obtain a healthy BMI and weight range for my height.
My Program:
I'm seeing a nutritionist/dietician once a month. Eat clean as often as possible... strive for every day. Zumba, Yoga, and God - one for my body, one for my mind, and one for my soul. Every day at least one. Stay hydrated.
