I noticed you introduced yourself to the team forum, Getting Fit at 30! I am super stoked you are taking this first step. You will find the team alot of fun when participating in the challenges.
If I could offer you any advice, it would be to: BLOG Track Everything you eat Record any and ALL fitness minutes Drink 8 oz's water daily
Believe it or not, just by doing these things, it has helped me tremendously. Remember, you are not alone. You have a friend here to walk beside you through the journey.
