Working on being a Fit Yummy Mommy!

I'm a 30 year old working mother to an active 3 year old, hoping to lose the baby weight from a few years ago, increase my activity level and increase my physical fitness. I'm also trying to run a 10K race in about an hour with plans to possibly run a half marathon in the future.

April update: I have just had my big 3-0 birthday...or my 29...again birthday as I have been calling it! And I am proud to say that I can run 10K and can fit into some pre-pregnancy clothes. I have ...

January 2009 update: Oops! I fell off the fitness wagon. Life got very busy and I didn't make health and fitness a priority...so I'm back at square one, and this time I want to reach that goal!

I do feel great! You're absolutely right... hitting my halfway point really does feel good.

So... it looks like you, me and Dodie all have the exact same amount to lose. I told Dodie that we can work to keep each other on track and going. If you want to join us... we're game!
