Hi Thank you for the Sparkgoodie! I am so far loving CLX, and find it hard to believe that I only have one more day before repeating for week 2. I love that there are so many different workouts for each phase, I know that by the end of the first 4wks I'm probably just going to be beginning to feel like I know what's coming, and then I'll get to switch it up again! I am glad that you were able to finish 30DS! I am working on it! My schedule has been so crazy lately so exercise has not been consistent! I am hoping to get more consistent within the next couple of weeks! I have plateued on my weight loss and know if I just get back into exercising the scale will move again! At least during this hectic months I haven't gained!!! To Success in 2009! Gail
I have started. It is going good so far. I did circuit 1 last night. It's harder this time round b/c I am stronger from the 2 months I did it in the past. But due to the fear of reinjuring my shoulder I am using lighter weights and not maxing out like I should on all the exercises. Plus, I am ready to get to the good stuff and this first phase is not my favorite. Just remember to go slow like they do on the videos...this will keep you in good form and help protect you from injury. Also, listen to Chalene when she talks to you. Even when you have heard it a million times, listen. She keeps you informed of small movements and changes that you need to do to keep from getting injured. It's easy to tune her out by month 2, but don't. Let me know when you start and if you have any questions or just want to chit chat about it, I am here.
