    Hey there hun!! How have you been? Missed hearing from you!

    I wanted to stop by and let you know the 1600 on Fri and Sat sounds good and makes sense cause I ALWAYS run EARLY am's. I think though that I will need more on Sat though ONLY because I burn minimum 1200 calories and it will just be getting higher. So to eat 1600 on that day does not sound right BUT sounds GREAT for the fact it balances it out and I need more the day before. Hmmm......
