8/09: Wow. This has been a roller coaster summer, filled with wonderful memories, lots of family time, some crazy work and some not so great food and fitness choices. Goal has gotten farther away, but still in sight. I keep reminding myself that I'll get there.
4/09: I'm in sight of it! After jumping back up over 140, I'm below it again, and within sight of the 130lb goal. The beautiful part is, I wanted to get to 130-135, so being this close to my weight loss goal is an amazing thing. Maintenance will be a time for other goals- like running more and doing more strength training, getting back into Pilates. And my garden.
It's awesome how amazing our God is! When I truly rely on Him, I see a difference in my life, in my budget, in my weight, in my general happiness.
10/07: Losing weight, losing my lack of self-confidence, my lack of motivation, losing whatever reasons I have used to wall myself off from God, losing my sanity (oh, wait: you can't lose what you don't have!). Losing the baggage, losing fat, losing the bad eating habits, losing the laziness that keeps me from walking at work.
Consistency- 10 minutes per day, at least 5 days per week.
Saturdays are LSDs and the only thing that I have been able to consistently do for a while.
