I am going to reward myself with beads on a bracelet. 1 bead for every 5 lbs lost.



My Program:
1400 cals/day.

Lean protein at each meal.

Work with my trainer 2x's/week.

Workouts on my own 4-5 days a week.

Hi. I am in Texas, not Lancaster but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. Our object is to keep a record book and collect a stamp for each event that we do. I've done over a 1000 of the 10K events in Texas and in 46 other states.
