I have lost 40lbs in 4 months with Take Shape For Life using Medifast Meals! I can't believe how easy it was and I feel great! I have about 10 more to lose and then I transition for another 8 weeks so I don't gain the weight back. I am soooo excited for summer!!

My Goals:
I have 10 more lbs to lose and then I will enter the Transition Phase. Slowly reintroducing certain foods back into my diet. I plan to start weightlifting again and I would love to run a marathon!!

My Program:
Medifast meals are portion-controlled meal replacements. The program is called the 5 &1 plan. 5 Medifast Meals and 1 Lean & Green(5-7oz lean protein and 3 servings of non-starchy veggies). Yeah I will try to make it. My hubby has to work that day. Not sure he'll feel comfortable with me hiking up a hill with a bunch of people I've never met, but we'll see. Also, I think I'm coming down with a cold. I was supposed to go to Portland for Take Shape For Life training, but had to stay home. Hopefully I'll see you:)
