Goals: 1. Eat clean 2. Get toned 3. Be happy
Wondering if i should reorder these now after reading them, but for now i will leave them in the order they appeared in my mind. I think for now this defines what my mind focuses on leading me towards happiness.
To do something everyday for my health and well being both mental and physical.
I am learning what it means to be thin. Obesity was my way of life. I was 300lbs and growing until January 2010. An upcoming wedding sparked my motivation and started my weight loss ball rolling so -to speak. There was no more "I can do this tomorrow." The dress maker had called, they couldnt make a dress big enough for me....I had 2 choices lose weight or get smaller.
I've been missing you, but totally understand being busy. Proud of you for staying on track. Try not to think in terms of failure. Just try to keep your good choices outnumbering the bad!! You can do it :)
