You can do it!! I want to see a loss from you this week. Make small goals, if you need to. This is going to be a lifestyle change. If you need, start out with just drinking your 8-10 glasses of water a day. You would be surprised how much weight you will lose and how much better you will feel just doing that. Small goals - add something else each week. You can do it!
