My Goals:
To lose enough weight that I have enough energy and feel healthy so I can function without being tired all the time.
Have more control and be accountable for my actions.
Stay Motivated, don't get discouraged.

My Program:
Watch what I eat, portion control.
Stop drinking pop again, drink more water.
Make sure I have healthy snacks with me where ever I go so temptation won't win out.
Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
Track all food and exercise daily.

Personal Information:
I live in a rural community in Michigan that doesn't offer much along the lines of exercise outside unless the weather is good.

Other Information:
Really need the extra support of people, cause I don't always have the motivation to do it. Love to travel, bake, read, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Love the updated color scheme in honor of the upcoming holiday!

Have been exercising and tracking foods consistently and it seems like you are doing the same thing! Not sure if you are seeing 'changes' for all the effort? Mine has been very slow and sometimes I think I must have NO metabolism at all, which of course I know is not true or I would always be gaining with anything I put in my mouth ;)

Have a great week and may the midwest become warmer as I am way to antsy to keep staying inside.
