Full time nursing student, started college in my 40's, wanting to get healthy to be able to handle working when finished with college. Also love to travel and would really like to be able to enjoy myself on any trips my husband and I would take. Having problem's staying motivated to lose the excess weight that I have put on over the years. Finding it difficult to stay focus on my goals and finding all the time in a day to get everything in.

My Goals:
To lose enough weight that I have enough energy and feel healthy so I can function without being tired all the time.
Have more control and be accountable for my actions.
Stay Motivated, don't get discouraged.

My Program:
Watch what I eat, portion control.
Stop drinking pop again, drink more water.
Make sure I have healthy snacks with me where ever I go so temptation won't win out.
Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
Track all food and exercise daily.

Personal Information:
I live in a rural community in Michigan that doesn't offer much along the lines of exercise outside unless the weather is good.

Other Information:
Really need the extra support of people, cause I don't always have the motivation to do it. Love to travel, bake, read, and enjoying time with friends and family.
