Full time nursing student, started college in my 40's, wanting to get healthy to be able to handle working when finished with college. My Goals:
To lose enough weight that I have enough energy and feel healthy so I can function without being tired all the time.
Have more control and be accountable for my actions.
Stay Motivated, don't get discouraged.

My Program:
Watch what I eat, portion control.
Stop drinking pop again, drink more water.
Make sure I have healthy snacks with me where ever I go so temptation won't win out.
Exercise at least 30 minutes everyday.
Track all food and exercise daily.

Personal Information:
I live in a rural community in Michigan that doesn't offer much along the lines of exercise outside unless the weather is good.

Other Information:
Really need the extra support of people, cause I don't always have the motivation to do it. Love to travel, bake, read, and enjoying time with friends and family.

We are all setting goals, on teams, or otherwise. I came across this and thought it was appropriate for those goals we would like to achieve.

emoticon That dreaded test anxiety can be hard to not let it overwhelm you and then you get brain freeze. Remember to take a deep breath, refocus and let your mind sift through all that knowledge you have been filling it with. emoticon
