on my way . . .

So back again. After a strenuous semester student teaching (up at 5 am, at school til late - around 8pm, then more work, and work all weekend) I have gained back 12-13 pounds :( I am very down on myself and upset that I allowed that to happen. I can't believe- looking at that Summer 2007 pic that I weigh 3 pounds more than that now! I probably look more like that beach picture- because I haven't had time to do much weight lifting.

However I'm determind to get back in the game. I ...

Also to answer your questions:

to plan food for tomorrow just click on the arrow next to the date on your food log and then add food to tomorrow instead of today?

to look at your phases go to my tools, start, and then look at the bottom of the page
