Hi! My name is Molli. I am a mom two 2 boys, one who has PDD-NOS, and one who is showing some signs of a similar problem. With this being said, days can be challenging, stressful with the constant rush to therapy appointments, year round schooling for my child. There are days when I am completely exhausted, not always making the best health decisions for me and my family.
When my husband and I married, I gained 30 pounds due to bad eating choices at the time. Then, I gained another 40 pounds due to both babies, which has been very difficult to lose. I am hoping that with healthy eating, exercise, and a will to succeed, I will lose this weight. I love SparkPeople, and think it is such a blessing, and a motivating program!
I would like to lose 70+ pounds, as well as develop a healthy eating and exercise routine.
Right now, I am doing 'baby steps' or short term goals to get to the main goal. I work better this way.
I am from Kentucky. I love music, love to travel (when we get the chance), read and watch American Idol:) God and family are very important to me, and I feel very blessed to have my little boy.
My favorite book, as well as movie, is 'The Notebook' by Nicholas Sparks.

Hi Molli! I saw your post on the Over 200 but not for long team...I am no longer a part of that team, just because it didn't seem like anyone was really posting or active on it anymore? Anyway, I couldn't reply to you there because I'm not on the team...BUT, I am here! And I know what it is like to need motivation, you can do it! This is your time, this is your weight loss year! You CAN DO IT!!!
