Three years ago, I lost 80 pounds and felt awesome. Then, I lost my job, moved across the country to buy a business, got a divorce, sold the business, and started a new job. Needless to say, nutrition and exercise took a back seat and I gained about 50 pounds back. Now that my life is on track, I know its time to get the weight back under control. It's just finding that balance again.
