My Spark

I find myself once again starting out on my continuous goal of losing weight. I'm hoping this time I will actually change my habits to make a permanent change, as I am well aware that is the only way I will be able to accomplish this. The buddy system is always easier and I'm hoping that by expanding my buddy system beyond my close and personal friends to include "SparkPeople" will help me in my goal.

My Goals:
My goal is to become healthier by losing 49 pounds.

My Program:
I will incorporate some physical activity into my day on a daily basis. I will drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. I will plan more nutritional and nutritionally balanced meals.

Hi there. I hope everything is going well for you and your lovely family. Do you have any plans for this weekend? In my husband's culture it is a big holiday this weekend. Also, my son has a 4 day weekend from school so we were thinking of going to Montreal and celebrating this holiday weekend with friends. I hope you have great weekend. Take care.
