39/F/wants to lose 136 pounds

I'm turning 40 at the end of the year and instead of being "fair, fat and 40" I want to "fabulous, fit and 40"! I work full time I'm studying part-time and then there needs to be time for my husband and daughter. I've tried WW three times now and while it works getting the weight off I have a lot of trouble keeping the weight off. I tend to hide from the camera so couldn't find any photos of me to post - maybe when I loose a few!!!

Hi, Moi! Just thought I'd be the first to add a comment to your page. We can learn to beat this weight demon by consistently working at it, one day at a time. You sound very determined and that's a great way to start.

Michelle
