My Goals:
Some of my goals are:
1. To get healthier.
2. Look better.
3. To lose weight period.
4.To fit back into my pre pregnancy jeans and to look good in the styles I like.
5, Be able to run a 5K.
6. Be able to be fit enough to join the military again!

My Program:
Just came back to trying to live a healthy lifestyle once again. This I started off walking for a while, and now I graduated to a run/walk. I am also doing P90X and I will stick with it.


Personal Information:
I really don't care to share a whole lot about myself in this category, but I am a married woman from Oklahoma with one son and I will leave it at that!

Other Information:
Don't ever give up even when the times get tough.

Thank you so much for your sweet note. I'm so glad you joined the team and, most of all, that we're friends :)

As far as Kettleworx, I would not hesitate to use it (personally). You'll see some folks on the team -- actually more KB Challenge than the team I lead -- are VERY passionate about trainers, etc. etc. They actually-- in the past --were more vocal, left for a time, and then just started up again.

I know they hate it when I say it, but I haven't had any training and have done just fine (of course with all the caveats). Everyone, in my opinion, needs to do what's right for him/her.

Personally I'm not looking to be an athlete, instructor or whatever. I know, too, that if I had to go to a trainer, I'd never make the time.

Anyway, my 2 cents. Give a shout if you want to "talk" on email about it.

I love KBs and can honestly say they have been the best exercise I've found.

Hey, yes, I do live in Duncan. We are planning on having a 5K run for this year's Project Graduation Fundraising - I am committee chair for the event. Right now, the date we are looking at is April 30th... I am finalizing a few things to make sure we can use facilities, etc. - and ensure that it won't be hampered by the Memorial Marathon on Sunday the 1st. So, we are about 99% sure it will be that day. Obviously, proceeds go to help our Senior Class celebrate at Project Graduation! Soon as I have the date solid, then I will put it on the website. Thanks for asking~Sheri
