It's time to shed those pounds and get fit
I started on cholesterol medication this year. I realize that i need to do more than pop a pill, I need to lose those 20 pounds,eat healthier and get more exercise. My mother had alot of health problems related to her weight and wants us all to learn from her, She passed away 2 years ago and is our own special angel. I'm ready and so are my tight clothes and low energy level.

My Goals:
I would like to lose that 20 + pounds that have been lingering the past few years,eat healthier,exercise daily and feel better about myself.
My Program:
I joined on Tuesday. I am eating healthier,tracking,drinking my water,trying to exercise each day. I started using a pedometer.
Personal Information:
I am 55, have three adult children,one still at home,saving to move out.I have been divorced for 7 years but have a great man in my life for the past 4 years.
Other Information:
I like to read,bike ride,be with family and friends. i love the Red Sox!
