Paradise would be better slimmer!

Wow - its been over 10 years since I've been in Hawaii now. I still want to lose this weight, but I haven't been that successful. My own fault really - when I was faithfully tracking my food and exercising, I did drop about 10 pounds, but I've pretty much put them back on. I want to lose it, and finally feel confident enough to wear a bikini.

Happy Friday! Control is a tough issue for a lot of us. We can control some of what we do, but we can’t control everything! Keep pushing towards your goals. Even if you do not reach all of them, don’t give up! You can alter your goals or make new ones! Do your best to keep a positive and/or realistic attitude. You are AMAZING and WONDERFUL!
