I love anything suspenseful (books, movies, etc.). My favorite tv show is Supernatural, and I am an exercise junkie!! I really like doing challenging workouts, Beach Body has lots of them. my favorite is Turbo Fire!

Yeah lol its good and bad having family close. emoticon it sure keeps me busy that's for sure!

Yeah me too I would like to go for walks with hubbie but he does other things when he gets home from work...that man is a work I am more the couch potato but I do love a good walk.

The workout I did yesterday made me soooo sore today..which was a good thing because now I have the stomach flu. emoticon oh well at lest I am sore and in a good way emoticon

That will be a good mix...Turbo/Piyo/Clx emoticon

Yep I was really tired yesterday but at least my eating was not to eating goes crazy when I get tired but yesterday was good. emoticon

Yep lol right beside me in fact we even took part of the fence down so we would have a path in between homes. So I see them lots. And lol sometimes to much. But its all good.

Turbo/Piyo/CLX would be an awesome mix. And fun emoticon

Hope to get in workout today...couldn't get one in last night was babysitting again over night and m=by the time the kids went to bed I was to tired. Excuses I know but come end of October my daughter is not working evening shifts any more emoticon

Thanks it feels great to force myself into a after its done that is...but I do love the feeling of a great workout. Just yeah this summer life got in the way big time. But now that garden is done things should slow done a bit. Hopefully after my daughter quits this night time job things will be back to normal for me...but then again things might not ever get back to normal...she is having another baby and they live right next door emoticon emoticon emoticon lol yikes it is good and bad, Good because I can help and bad...because I live right next door...and I can help her emoticon

turbo fire is awesome! What combo do you do with piyo and you mix in CLX with it? Or do you find piyo is enough for strength training?

Hi its my turn to say sorry about taking so long to get back to you I was off for awhile...been really busy...huge garden, babysitting for my daughter, helping mom, and keeping the yard up...hubbie was gone for a month...then just 4 days before I was ready to work out I pulled my shoulder muscle or it got strained ...but which ever it hurt like crazy...still does hurt but at least walking now doesn't jar it ...I was able to get in a fantastic workout tonight for like the longest time ever!! I did Gin miller Everybody step along with Cathe's Ab Hits #1...loved it!! it was perfect! :)

Glad you like piyo and it helped with your back...I love it!! lol emoticon need to do it more though...I am trying to do 60 minute workouts for a full month...croses fingers emoticon

awesome and ty for adding me as a SP Bubby. Honestly I haven't done enough of PiYo yet to know how it really is, but I'm getting up tomorrow to do SWEAT :) I love the idea of doing the Turbo Fire and PiYo at the same time! The only thing, for me, I'm still trying to get back into shape so I'm gonna do Turbo Jam and PiYo! So I need your advice! How do you combine the two work outs your way? I want to do it just like you have b/c it sounds like its working :)
