I love anything suspenseful (books, movies, etc.). My favorite tv show is Supernatural, and I am an exercise junkie!! I really like doing challenging workouts, Beach Body has lots of them. my favorite is Turbo Fire!

Happy belated birthday! I don't know what happened to the birthday announcements. I thought they were done similar to Facebook, but I guess I was wrong. Tiffany said she was supposed to do something but forgot. I just sent her another message. Sorry you were forgotten too.

Yeah lol sore is good emoticon was going to do another full body workout yesterday but I was still to sore and my foot was hurting so I did a short Cardio workout in the evening...in 20 minutes I worked up a good sweat so it was a great workout emoticon

lol on having to make a choice with great workouts emoticon

Turbo Fire is good...I got sore from doing Chalran Extreme Interval training I lifted heavier then what was suggested as I did want to get sore...and I made it happen!! SORE! My eating was good today as well!! So hopefully this will continue!

THanks Maureen yep taking it slowly I am wearing great shoes with a great sole support and watching how my foot reacts to the exercises I do and pull back when I feel to much pressure on my foot..so hopefully all is ummm better emoticon Yeah I sure don't want to have to take off time to recover again...not my idea of fun emoticon

Life is great when you enjoy your workouts and turbo fire is one ofthe best workouts out there! That one and Les Mills....love his workouts as well and oh Cathe's new Hiit series the music is awesome! Do you have Les Mills workouts??

we are having pretty nice weather here to...just didn't enjoy it today stayed in the house and did chores and did a wokout emoticon for the workout lol.
