lol on ordering Cathe Friedrich Ripped with HIIT! I pre-odered the set awhile back I love all Ctahe's workouts own most of them! Even her way older ones...I think I even have her very first step workout....cheesy music but her workouts kill! emoticon emoticon

Thanks Maureen things are getting better or lol I have adjusted yet again emoticon but so far so good no trips to the ER lately emoticon I lOVE Les Mills Combat and Pump...the music is so fun emoticon But Turbo Fire sure gets you! I can see why you'd miss it when your not doing it! Todays Turbo Fire Fire 30 killed me today! And I remember when that workout was just pure fun! lol I sooo got to work up to that again! emoticon

i got the 21 day fix but haven't done it as a whole program yet...what do you think of it?
