The road to a healthier me.
I'm Julie, and I have five kids. My hubby and I are the proud parents of an 8 year old 6 year old and 1 year old triplets. I have struggled with weight gain since age 13. I'm Julie, and I have five kids. My hubby and I are the proud parents of an 8 year old 6 year old and 1 year old triplets. I have struggled with weight gain since age 13. I even started weight watchers at this age weighing 170. I got married at age 23 weighing in at 215. At 24, I got pregnant with my oldest, weighing 210, my second daughter at 222, and continued to climb. At 31 and weighing 255 I discovered I was pregnant with GBB triplets. During my pregnancy I watched the scales almost hit 300, which was terrifying. I never thought I could get so large. I had my babies June 2010 and couldn't believe how weak I was from months of inactivity. Around the first of the year, when the babies were 6 months old, I was sitting at 280 and was absolutely miserable. With almost no muscle, I could hardly move my incredibly large body, let alone take care of my family. I've been working hard to get the weight off ever since and have managed to lose 105 pounds. I don't want to yo yo anymore and plan to make this weight loss permanent.
