Thanks for checking in with me this week. Nice to have a buddy to feel accountable to. Sounds like you're doing well this week with your calories. I know exactly what you mean about balancing them. I sometimes feel that I just don't know if I'm eating too much or too little for my activity levels. Someone recently reminded me that "calorie cycling" can help to budge you from a plateau, so I've been trying to do that this week in order to see some better losses in the weeks to come. My original goal date was October 1st and I am still 11.5 lbs away from that. Not sure that I'll get there exactly then, but I will get there....AND BEYOND!!
Hey. I was working out twice a day until yesterday. I was doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred in the morning. Its only 20-30 minutes. Then I either go to the gym & do 40-50 minutes or I take a 2 mile walk to the park with my boys. Last night I only did a spinning class. I think because the heat/humidity is back it's sucking my energy. Believe me, on any give day I usually have to force myself but once I start doing it, it gets easier. It helps that knowing when I am done, I always feel great. I get weighed in tonight. Kind of nervous but excited. How are you doing today? I saw you signed up for a 5k. That is awesome!!! I need to do something like that to keep me driven.
