Thanks for your words of encouragement on my status today. Hopefully everything will be alright. I've just got alot of worries and the anxiety right now. DS has an appt. with a cardiologist tomorrow and that scares me to death. I don't know what it all means. Just found out there is something wrong this week. Just trying to not come undone. Thanks again for your concern.

Hi. I was just thinking about you yesterday. I meant to drop by & leave you a message. Glad to hear that you are recovering from a small slip up. I am going to a Martini Bar this weekend with friends. Never thought I could look forward to something yet NOT look forward to something so much in my life. Like a psycho, I looked up all the calories in the martinis on the menu to plan for what I am going to have & how much. Plus dinner. Yuck!

keeping going, no matter what life throws at us, is the only way we have a chance to succeed. some days might be light on exercise, but other days we will go over, some days we eat a lot, some days we are so busy we forget to eat. every effort we put in goes towards the overall goal, we are building a lifestyle, and tho life may try and get in the way we can tell it we are in control by doing what we can when we can ;) love your sensible ways and can do attitude, keep going, you've got this!
