Hello All and Happy 2012...it's ime to for me to finish what I started in 2009 and get FIT and FINE in 2012 and that is just what I am doing.... TONEING UP is what I am ALL about..along with some CARDIO...but this Fitness Momma wants to dropp the JIGGLE and the WIGGLE and Get ROCK SOLID.... I know that I can and I will do all things through Christ who strengthens me....AMEN!!!!!

My New Motto is : " IN 2012 Progress Progress Progress...NEVER...Regress!!!

Once I reach my GOAL WEIGHT of 127 pounds I want to continue to tone up and to maintain my weight for LIFE with a maintenance range of 127-130 pounds...which is sooo doable...:)!!!

IN 2012: I will finally Be the TONED UP AND HEALTHY DAUGHTER, WIFE and MOMMA I ALWAYS KNEW I WOULD BE !!!!!!

I hope to be able to inspire and assist anyone here on SP that comes across my SP Page...I know I may not have the most weight to lose but I sure do have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to what has worked for me and what may help others. I hope to be able to share what I have learned with those that are new to SP and if there is something I don't know I am not too proud to help point you in the right direction b/c I can admit that I don't know everything and I would never really want to anyway. I am one who truely enjoys learning new things about being healthy and staying healthy so any advice given to me is ALWAYS WELCOME this is a life long journey that I am on and I hope to always be learning something new from all my old and new friends here on SP!!!!

These are my Mental Coaches and the Phrases that they have uttered at one time or another that Keeps me MOTIVATED and GOING when I think I can't go on anymore and just want to quit, but they are ALWAYS in my head pushing me and urging me to go farther and beyond what I think my limits are and what my comfort zone seems to be....So believing in myself and having their voices in my head at all times..especially during my workouts..LOL..is enough MOTIVATION to always STRIVE to do MY BEST and KEEP on KEEPIN ON !!!!!!!
